ABOUT US

Mission

To circulate shared prosperity between Japan and the world through golf tourism.

We are not merely a travel service provider.

Through golf tourism, we create a platform where people, culture, and economic value flow between Japan and the world.

Golf is a shared global language. By using this common ground, we connect people to places, foster genuine cultural exchange, and generate sustainable economic vitality across regions.

We believe that true prosperity is not accumulated in one place, but circulated.
By positioning Japan as a hub of this circulation, we strive to help the country—and its regions—continue to shine on the global stage, authentically and sustainably.

Vision

To make Japan a destination truly loved by golf travelers around the world.

What we seek to realize is a future in which Japan is not merely visited, but genuinely loved by golf travelers from around the world.

This vision goes beyond attracting large numbers of visitors.
It represents a state in which Japan’s unique golf culture—the beauty of its courses, the deep connections with local communities, and the experiential value created by the spirit of its people—is deeply understood and appreciated, inspiring golfers to return time and time again.

Through golf tourism, we refine and elevate the golf cultures that live across Japan’s regions, and circulate their value to the world.
Through our business, we strive to revive Japan’s golf culture and guide its evolution in ways that resonate with the present era and the future to come.

Value

Co-creation ・ Lead/Promotion ・ Evolve/Innovation

Co-create:
We collaborate beyond boundaries—across regions, organizations, and individuals—to create new value together.

Lead/Promotion:
With integrity and passion, we inspire others and turn change into reality.

Evolve/Innovation:
We honor tradition while embracing new challenges to shape the future.

Through these three values, we connect regions with the world, expanding spaces where people and cultures share joy through golf.

The empathy born from these connections is the true prosperity we seek to create.

Purpose

To drive regional revitalization by transforming golf courses into vibrant tourism assets.

Across Japan, more than 2,000 golf courses represent dormant assets with the potential to revitalize regional economies.

We position each golf course as a hub within its community—one that not only attracts visitors, but also creates new employment opportunities and renewed local vitality.

Centered on golf, people gather, culture takes root, and new stories are written into the fabric of each region.
This is the true form of regional revitalization we seek to create.

CEO Message

Redesigning Japan’s Future Through Golf Tourism

My roots lie in the world of hospitality—a world built on the joy of welcoming people.
Alongside this, golf has been a lifelong passion of mine, not merely as a sport, but as a powerful force that connects people beyond language and culture.

At a turning point in my career, I asked myself a simple but profound question:
What is the one thing I am willing to dedicate my life to building?
The answer to that question became the foundation of this company.

Today, Japan faces a quiet yet serious national challenge: population decline.
If we fail to act, the rich culture, regional vitality, and pride built by generations before us may slowly fade away.
This sense of urgency is what drives us.

Across Japan, more than 2,000 golf courses exist as dormant tourism assets.
We redefine each of them as regional hubs—places where people, capital, information, and culture can circulate across borders.

Golf is a universal language.
A single golf experience naturally leads to stays, dining, transportation, and cultural discovery.
What begins as half a day on the course can ripple outward, revitalizing local economies, creating employment, and shining new light on regional culture.

By building this cycle in communities across the country, we envision a future in which people return to Japan not only as visitors, but as lifelong admirers—
and where Japanese people themselves regain confidence and pride in their nation.

Our challenge is nothing less than redesigning Japan’s future through golf tourism.
To achieve this vision, we need partners who share our passion and belief.

Let us build something that will endure—and be remembered—together.
